Back to Dhaka

Got back to Chittagong by Shohagh Paribahan. The coach service was very good. The seat of the bus has massagers! Amazing. It was a good tour overall. I have been longing to go to Chittagong for a long time. It was like a dream come true for me. But I was disappointed to see the development initiatives (or the lack of it) of Chittagong. There is a clear difference in the pace of the development of Dhaka and Chittagong. I think the government should take more initiatives to convert Chittagong into a world class city.

Chittagong is the place where I was born and I spent first 8 years of my life. So I have a soft spot for this city. But after visiting Chittagong in long intervals I only got frustrated as my memories of Chittagong got shattered.

Bangladesh should take more steps to make it a cosmopolitan.
