Keano has arrived, so has Junaid. Muneeb just bought a new Saab and joined us as well for dinner in Rusholme.

Went out again with Junaid and Keano for a walk. Wathed Jet Li's Fearless. Also helped Keano to prepare for interview. Junaid and Keano stayed over at mine.

1. Introduction Globalisation of organisations is a phenomenon that has received much attention and been extensively discussed at cultural levels as well as at market and business levels. A company is considered global when more than half of its revenue comes from outside its home continent.
