Management Trainee

Today has been one of the best days of my life..perhaps changed my life forever..
I have been asked by the Management in the bank to start training in Management..so that I can join the management team..
So Inshallah I will be a Manager soon..All the hard works paying off! Alhamdulillah.
It's my brother Taufique's birthday today.

1. Introduction Globalisation of organisations is a phenomenon that has received much attention and been extensively discussed at cultural levels as well as at market and business levels. A company is considered global when more than half of its revenue comes from outside its home continent.
