Taare Zameen Par : Film review

I have just finished watching ‘Taare Zameen Par’ by Aamir Khan. This movie is undoubtedly the best Indian movie I have ever seen. This film is probably going to change the Bollywood finally and encourage the directors to produce films other than the romantic films. The story of the film ‘Taare Zameen Par’ revolves around a dyslexic kid whose parents and teachers fail to understand his talent. His art teacher, who is also a dyslexic, helps him to turn around and he becomes the star performer of the school eventually.

The story is carefully crafted and the film is produced with the utmost emotional patronage. Aamir Khan who is known as a perfectionist again amazed me with his attention to details. The songs of the movie have really married up with the film unlike most of the Hindi movies. The special effects were also very good by the Indian standard-full of creativity all round.

Aamir's character appears just before the end of the first half, but one is so engrossed that Aamir ‘s absence is not felt. That’s amazing! All the credit goes to the protagonist played by Darsheel Safary who in my opinion produces the best performance to date by a child artist in Hindi cinema. He is the heart and soul of the movie and it is stunning to see how naturally this boy handles scenes of intense emotions with such ease.

The film gets a whopping 10 out of 10 in my review-my first 10/10 ever!

I also salute Aamir Khan for endeavouring to produce a movie with such a potentially big financial risk in the romantic film industry of bollywood. He showed a lot of courage and emotion in producing the movie.

This movie will be really helpful for the parents facing similar problem in the South Asian region as dyslexia is often misunderstood in the region and the help and support for the people suffering from dyslexia isn’t readily available.

BUM BUM BOLE. MASTI MEIN DOLE ..

Noy Nombor Bipod Shonket: Film Review

Another venture by renowned Humayun Ahmed. The film is a 100% meaningless movie. But this is not a drawback of the movie. Although the movie is completely meaningless, it does bring a lot of laughter. Good movie to kill idle time. Challenges posed by globalisation in operations management of a global company

1. Introduction Globalisation of organisations is a phenomenon that has received much attention and been extensively discussed at cultural levels as well as at market and business levels. A company is considered global when more than half of its revenue comes from outside its home continent. (Gabrielsson, 2006) In any globalisation process, distribution of goods and services between and within international industrial and consumer markets is of great importance. Globalisation removes the tangible and intangible borders. The intangible borders being the cultures and norms. Globalisation of markets and reorganization of distribution are mutually dependent processes that involve changes in market structures. Contemporary examples of this are the emergence of global supply chains, internationalisation of wholesale, retail and transportation firms and the development of sales via the Internet. In this discussion, the nature of the challenges in creating and maintaining interdependence betwe

Habib - Bhalo Bashbo (Lyrics)

I am addicted to this song. The song is by Habib Wahid who sung it for the movie 'Hridoyer Kotha'. Amazing song. I have been listening to the song for last one week day in day out and still can't get enough. I have had numerous requests to translate the meaning of the lyrics. I am not a poet/lyricist, therefore, I am not confident enough to translate such a lovely piece of work in English. Below is the transliteration of lyrics of the Song.
